Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer support immediately with your order details.
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, expired, or incorrect
The package is tampered with at the time of delivery
The product is missing from the order
To be eligible for a refund, customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
Due to the nature of our products, the following are non-refundable:
Opened or used products
Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
Orders placed with incorrect address or contact details
Discounted or promotional items (unless damaged)
Once your request is verified, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
Refunds will be made to the original payment method
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund
Replacement products will be dispatched after verification
